Frank is keeping a close eye on the £800 petty cash kick start fundraiser. He is very diligent and good at his job. For every expense Frank requires a goods receipt, petty cash receipt and 2 days notice to get cash released from the bank. This is causing the others some problems as they feel it is too much to have to do a petty cash receipt and sometimes they need money instantly.
